The Williamstown Town Hall, originally constructed in 1918, recently underwent a decade of refurbishments, bringing it into the modern day. Works were undertaken sustainably, with materials being restored or recycled where possible.
The timber selected for the Grand Hall flooring was done so as to match the fibre density and plank profile of the original timber. The building now exceeds energy requirements under the National Construction Code.
